About Academy Programs

At Project 11 we run 4 terms in a year in accordance with NSW public school terms. Your child will be coached by experienced coaches and challenged to their abilities. Registration is completed on a term by term basis



Pre-School Program (4 Years - 5 Years)

Introduction to football. Your child will develop a relationship with the ball and the game in a fun and active environment.

Grassroots Program (6 Years - 8 Years)

Fundemental stage of football. Your child will participate in structured training sessions aimed at developing the technical aspects of the game, while promoting game understanding and execution.

  • - 1v1, 2v2, 3v3
  • - Striking
  • - First touch
  • - Running/dribbling with the ball



Skill Acquisition Phase (9 Years - 12 Years)

Specific skill stage of football. We target more defined aspects of technical development and movement skills in the game focusing on the 5 W’s (who, what, when, why and where). The 5 W’s allows your child to gain a wider perspective and understanding of what must be done in and out of possession of the ball as well as transition phases. In the SAP phase we also introduce the tactical concepts of football and principals of play.

Youth Phase (13 Years - 16 Years)

Youth Premier league phase of football. Your child will continue to develop;
- Specific skills
- Tactical awareness
- Concepts of the game and
- The mindset to compete at a higher level.

We focus on the roles and responsibilities to meet the physiological and psychological demands of football at youth level.



TTPP Academy Development

  • - Technical:
    Specific skills, conditioning, performance, mechanics
  • - Tactical:
    Awareness, transition, positioning, communication, vision
  • - Psychological:
    Emotions, relationships, commitment, self-esteem, influence
  • - Physical:
    Speed, nutrition, recovery, endurance, balance, agility, power, strength, range of motion
